Commission: Alisaihin

OH MAN I forgot to submit this.......>,<...This was one of the last commissions I took before I stopped for a while and it was quite an interesting one. This character belongs to and she has a unique story to her "species". She has some sort of elemental powers so hence why the water is kind of "glowing" around her feet. Either way, I enjoyed working on this! :'D
